If a meter is broken, please contact the Waterbury Parking Authority at 203.574.6721. Your information will go into a complaint lot. Therefore your ticket CAN be voided if the meter is broken. The meters are repaired daily as collections are made, so the log will tell them which meters need to be fixed.
